Almost like the admin portal. But waaaaaayyyyy simpler. We can give each user a login to the portal to manage their own phone. They can see missed calls and even their voicemails. They can even start a call from the portal.
How does this benefit me?
If you give your users access to their own phone via the user portal, they can change their own buttons and download/listen to their own voicemails from anywhere in the world.
No, this is totally up to you on if you want users to be able to access the portal.
Yes, if you would like to give them more permissions to do things like pull their own call recordings, etc. you can do that. You can easily edit the “User” permission from the admin portal.
